⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at Best Western Plus University Inn for two nights and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Everything was well organized and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
It's a bit dated but only in the looks, not the quality or comfort. They are doing some updating as well. Nice pool. Rooms are comfortable and we felt good about being there. Sometimes you go to s hotel and just know it's not as clean as the surface may look. This didn't have that vibe. Very good value and quality.
We had an amazing time! Went there for the New Year's Eve celebration. It was fun safe extremely enjoyable place and time to celebrate the coming of the New Year! We would do it over and over again. Did I say it was affordable? By the way it is very affordable! We love it
Decent hotel near UI. We had a room directly overlooking the pool. The room was very clean, but reaked of chlorine from the pool below even after we ran the fan for a day. The noise was incredibly loud from screaming children at the pool. The staff was very friendly at the front desk amd in the restaurants. The location was easy to get to everything in Moscow. Restaurant food was delicious
Very nice room, Loni was a great bartender, I really liked the french fries, mix between potato skins and JoJo's and french fries.. never had anything like them I would order them anywhere. Grabbed the BLT and it was above average and I tried one of the local beers, and I was pleasantly surprised. Great state, very great front desk. The room had a TV that was able to connect to my phone so I could stream from my phone apps which almost never actually works at hotels but it worked here so that was very nice.
This is a fun hotel to stay at and is a great location in Moscow. The staff are friendly and responsive and the indoor pool area is large and a wonderful place to hang out. There is an onsite restaurant and there are other restaurants located nearby. I slept great here and really enjoyed interacting with the staff.
Vintage charm mixed with model comforts. This two-story hotel with a courtyard in the middle had a lot of the vintage charm of hotels from the mid-century yet had enough upgrades to make it model and comfortable. The bath still had a vintage porcelain tub but upgraded vanity. The pool area looked as though it was once outside and then turned inside. The hot tub was hot and spacious. Disappointed the sauna was closed. The people were friendly and helpful. The price was good. The location was great and close to amenities and two universities. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
